Stacked Pickle was a full-service sports bar and restaurant franchise. I served as Marketing Director until the business was shut down during the Covid-19 pandemic (2020)
Engagement Highlights
- Developed, implemented, and evaluated the strategy for marketing ops, advertising, promotions, public relations, and design to support sales objectives & maximize exposure across 10 corporate locations, reporting directly to the CEO & management team.
- Managed a yearly $750,000 marketing & advertising budget across digital & traditional platforms (FB Ads, TikTok, Google Adwords, E-mail Marketing, Local Magazines, influencer marketing, exposure events, billboards, etc.). Built single-store sales year over year by 5% between 2018 & 2019.
- Lead the Implementation & acted as Super-User of Momentfeed (digital storefront manager) to enhance digital visibility across the system.
- Developed lead generation strategy & collateral for franchise development initiatives. This resulted in 5 franchise sales ($500,000+ investment).

Steward Speakers is an organization founded by Mathew Steward, a 34-year veteran of IMPD and government official.
